Dust Extraction Bench
The Dust Extraction Bench type “C.C. 2000 New Evolution” is structured as follows:
- Filtering and vacuum unit , made in pressed and curved iron sheet electro welded,
with a thickness of 10/20 mm, had painted with RAL7044 type of paint - Centrifugal
electric vacuum cleaner with reversed paddles, type RSQ 400 HP. 5,5 – 2800 g/min
contained in a proper soundproof room. - Filtering section realized with no. 9 paper
cartridges, diameter 326 mm, length 600 mm, properly sustained with particular staffaggi
and provided with properly coupled 7 lit tank - Electric panel with electric valve
of 110V for the timed regulation of the discharge of the compressed air with a pressure
of 4.5 bar from each one of the tanks , necessary for the pneumatic cleaning of the
cartridges , in order to make completely automatic the cleaning of the mentioned
ones. - Internal hopper with metallic bin , type drawer for the accumulation of the
beaten dust - No 1 working bench , length 2000 mm realized in metal sheet pressed,
curved and electro welded, hand painted, using RAL7044 type of paint. - Wood plane
with linear wholes in order to permit the passage of the vacuum dusted air Dimensions:
2000 X 1000 X L=900 mm - No. 1 vacuum arm type KUA-3 of 3Mt., diameter 160mm
Dust Extraction Box
The dust extraction box “MCC30 DRY-JET” of 3 mt length, is made of : - modular panels
made in hot galvanized steel, with a thickness of 10/15 mm - extension box made in
polycarbonate 3 x 1 mt - filtering section made of no. 12 filtering cartridges, diameter
328mm, length 600 mm, directly coupled to an 7 lit tank, in which the air is accumulated
, provided with his own subsequent (DOMINO SYSTEM) The electro pneumatically timer
will start de discharge of the compressed air with a pressure of 4,5 BAR , from all
the tanks to the inside part of the cartridge, and like this making them auto cleaning
. The dust that exceeds, remaining into the puckers of the filtering cartridges ,
will fall into a serial of apposite accumulation drawers, positioned on the bottom
of the box. No. 2 electro centrifugal vacuum cleaners, positioned on top of the extraction
box, and enclosed in an special soundproof plenum , will guarantee the right flow
of extraction.: - installed power: 8 Kw - quantity of extracted air: 9.500 m3/h No.1
control electric box according with CE rules, will permit to control the start-up
of the electro vacuum cleaners, independent one of each other. Maximum dimensions:
