The flocculent is used for rapid water clarification. It takes about 20 min for sludge decantation process . Our flocculent is non aggressive cationic polymer.
In the water treatment Filtering System plants it is outgoing together with the dehydrated
mud from filter press or in filter-
It is available in powder in 25 kgs sacks and is being used in a little quantity as a water solution of 0,5 gr per 1 liter.
The water treatment Filtering System plants are all provided with the flocculent station that consists of: automatic /manual preparation of the flocculent solution, automatic dosing pump, solution tank and mixer.
Advice : the flocculent powder is to be put inside the water tank slowly with mixer turned on.
Using the flocculent dosing pump you can regulate the flocculent consumption from 1 to 10
parts.
